EXECUTIVE PRESENTATTION COACHING
1-on-1 executive presentation coaching for senior leaders, founders and partners. Preparation for board presentations, leadership team addresses, AGMs, investor pitches and the everyday high-stakes communication that defines a senior career.
Voice-led methodology. Conservatoire-trained. Sydney based, working in person and remotely.
You know your field inside out. The challenge is making sure your voice and presence carry the same weight as your expertise.
Most coaching focuses on the message. JSG Voice works on the instrument that delivers it – your breath, your resonance, your pace, and your physical presence in the room.
How sessions run
Coaching is structured around the rooms you actually walk into. Each engagement starts with a confidential diagnostic, moves into focused voice and presentation work tailored to your real-world situations, and finishes with embedded habits that hold up after the coaching ends.
1. Diagnostic and direction
A confidential first session. We work through the rooms you’re preparing for, the patterns that aren’t yet serving you, and the specific places voice and presence need attention. By the end, you have a clear coaching direction and I have a clear understanding of what your career actually demands of you.
2. Voice- led coaching, tailored to your work
Sessions are built around real material – board presentations, leadership team agendas, partner pitches, AGM scripts, keynote drafts, or that meeting that’s keeping you up at night. We work on breath, resonance, pace, weight, presence and structure. Same techniques used to prepare actors at Bell Shakespeare. Different room.
3. Habits that hold up after the room
The goal isn’t a single high-stakes performance. The goal is durable change in how you show up: calmer under pressure, clearer in pitch and pace, more present in your body, more authoritative without volume. The kind of change colleagues and direct reports notice in everyday meetings, not just the headline ones.

What you’ll come away with
Coaching outcomes are specific, measurable in your own meetings, and built to last. By the end of an engagement, most clients report:
✔️ A voice that carries weight without raising volume
✔️ Steady, anchored presence under pressure – board, AGM, pitch, keynote
✔️ Clearer delivery of complex content without losing pace or authority
✔️ More authority in everyday meetings, not just the headline moments
✔️ Habits embedded into how you breathe, stand and speak — not techniques to remember
✔️ The ability to hold space and attention in any room
What we work on
VOICE & VOCAL AUTHORITY
Breath, resonance, pace, weight. The physical instrument behind everything you say. The most overlooked element of senior leadership communication and the single biggest lever for shifting how you’re perceived in a room.
PRESENCE & GRAVITAS
Stillness, posture, ownership of space. The non-verbal language of authority. Coached through physical practice and tested pedagogy, not affirmations.
BOARD & EXECUTIVE PRESENTATIONS
Preparation for high-stakes delivery to boards, leadership teams and senior stakeholders. Confidential, fast turnaround when needed, drawing on years of professional rehearsal-room methodology applied to corporate settings.
INVESTOR & PITCH PREPARATION
Capital raises, fund updates, partner-level pitches, client wins. Coaching focused on the moments where voice and conviction translate directly to commercial outcome.
LEADERSHIP COMMUNICATION
The everyday rooms that quietly define a senior career – leadership team meetings, all-hands addresses, difficult conversations, stakeholder engagement. Coaching that holds up across the full range of senior leadership communication, not just the headline events.
KEYNOTE & SPEECH PREPARATION
For executives stepping onto the keynote stage and emerging speakers building their craft. Speech development, voice work, delivery, presence – the elements that turn a written speech into a spoken performance.
The voice-led methodology
Most executive presentation coaches focus on what you say. The frameworks, the structure, the slides, the storytelling. JSG Voice works on the instrument that delivers it – your voice. It’s the most overlooked element of senior leadership communication and almost no other coach in the Sydney corporate market has trained in it at conservatoire level.
The methodology draws on the established lineage of professional voice pedagogy: Patsy Rodenburg, Kristin Linklater, Cicely Berry, Barbara Houseman, Catherine Fitzmaurice. These are the foundations of how actors at the Royal Shakespeare Company, the National Theatre and Bell Shakespeare are prepared for the demands of major stages. The same techniques – breath support, resonance, pace, vocal weight, physical anchoring – apply directly to the demands of a board room, an investor pitch, an AGM stage.
The translation from stage to corporate room is the work of the last five years of practice, and of a career built across acting, copywriting and now executive coaching. The coach you’re working with has stood on stage himself, written the words clients now deliver, and trained at NIDA in voice as a discipline. The combination is rare, and that’s the point.

All engagements are package-based. Most clients begin with a confidential discovery call, then move into a package shaped around the rooms they’re preparing for. Pricing reflects the seniority of the work and the depth of preparation involved.

Frequently asked questions
Senior executives, founders, partners and senior leaders investing in voice, presence and high-stakes delivery. Most clients are paying for themselves or have it covered by their organisation as part of executive development. Some come ahead of a specific event (board update, AGM, capital raise, keynote); others come for broader development through a phase of senior career growth.
Public speaking courses and executive presence programs typically focus on frameworks, structure and confidence. JSG Voice works on the physical instrument behind your communication — breath, resonance, pace, weight, presence in the body. The methodology is drawn from conservatoire voice training, the same discipline used to prepare professional actors. Almost no other coach in the Sydney corporate market has that training.
Do I need to be preparing for a specific event to work with you?
No. Around half of clients come with a specific upcoming room they’re preparing for. The other half come during phases of senior career growth where their communication needs to step up to match a more senior role. Both are common, both work.
Can you work with me on short notice – for example, a board meeting next week?
Yes. Short-notice work is part of the practice. We’ve prepared executives over a single weekend for major board presentations and AGMs. Where possible, longer-arc coaching produces more durable results, but the practice is built to handle short-fuse high-stakes preparation.
Do sessions happen in person or remotely?
Both. In-person sessions are typically held in Sydney, usually at the client’s offices. Remote sessions via video conference are equally common – voice work translates well to remote delivery, and we work with executives across Australia and internationally as needed.
Is everything confidential?
Yes. Confidentiality is non-negotiable. NDAs are signed before any pre-engagement work where required, and confidentiality is maintained on case material, identity and content even when not formally requested. The work happens in the room and stays there.
